Adelaide hills delivers one of our best pinot finds at this price point! This wine is packed full of juicy cherries and raspberries, with hints earthy spice -- think dried mushrooms, leather and cloves. Silky tannins and fine acidity on the palate, creating a moreish wine of finesse and complexity.

A showcase of native Australian botanicals at their finest, our Native Australian Amaro is a complex aperitif that evokes the smell of the bush after the rain. Deep-rich copper in colour, the flavour is characterised by a forward sweetness followed by a deep, earthy bitterness with bursts of citrus and native botanicals including cinnamon myrtle, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian Pepperberry and lemon scented gum. We recommend drinking neat with a twist of orange.
Garnet red in colour, our Davo Plum Aperitivo Bitters balances tart Davidson Plum (a lip-puckering sour native Australian plum grown in tropical rainforests) and Rosella flowers with sweet Aussie oranges and a hint of Tasmanian Pepperberry. Sweet with a hint of bitterness, expect flavours of plum, citrus and raspberry with a slight peppery finish. As our products are seasonal, there may be slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour from batch to batch. Some natural sediment may also be present. … more

The firm and enlivening structure of a great Serralunga is here to underpin all this. Strong black tea tannins at present. All components are here.

Importer Notes - "Nebbiolo from the sunny, sloping vineyards of Roero, just north of Barolo, known for its generous and fruity wines. The loose, sandy soil attributes remarkably pronounced aromatics and flavours. The famed Valmaggiore vineyards of Bruno Giacosa and Luciano Sandrone are literally stone's thrown from Sordo's. And no, it is not a typo, the vintage is 2019! An exceptional year in Piedmont, and no surprise, with a couple of years of added complexity, this scratches the ceiling for … more

"Roasted cherries, warmed clove and star anise aromas waft from the glass as dried floral hints and wild thyme rise as the wine opens. Mouthfilling with loads of mixed wild berries fresh, dried and preserved all combined with oak spice finishing with subtle earth and superfine tannins." Wine Ethusiast
