This bottling is a marriage of one 2015 American oak hogshead, two 2012 ex-oloroso sherry butts and one 2013 ex-oloroso sherry butt, all from the Caol Ila distillery. This limited edition whisky benefits from its sherry butt components which contribute plenty of fruit and richness.

Their Adobe Pinot Noir is a particular favourite of ours, hitting that perfect sweet spot between juicy raspberries, fresh violet florals and aniseed spice.
