The Bleu Chic cuvée, is Olivier Belin's first creation which plays with Pinot Meunier to magnify the Chardonnay. On the nose there are aromas of "fresh bread, apple, crushed pear, apricot, peach, quince, star anise, candied lemon, yellow grapefruit zest, blood orange & brioche."
A blend of 2020 and 2021 vintages, this champagne is 70% Chardonnay & 30% Pinot Meunier, with 6g/L dosage.
