Tyrrells Hunter Valley Shiraz 2022
Sourced from a small selection of our favourite shiraz blocks, the grapes were both hand and machine picked before fermentation in the traditional open top vats. The wine was then matured in older, large format French oak casks. These 2,700 litre casks highlight the fruit purity whilst making sure that oak isn’t the dominant character.

Syrahmi Demi Syrah 2022

Osicka Selection Tooboorac Shiraz 2022
Fruit selected from three different Heathcote vineyards. Two on an east facing slope on the Mount Camel Range, grown on red soil from the Cambrian era interspaced with greenstone and buckshot gravel. The other south of Heathcote, grown on decomposed granite near the township of Tooborac. The Mount Camel portion contributed weight and depth. The Tooborac fruit added that little bit of something special, giving lift and focus. - Winery Notes
