Winery Notes "The wine is made from fruit sourced from vineyards in the Coal River (15%) and Derwent (75%) Valleys, along with the North West (8%) and Channel (2%) regions. Hutton Vale Farm Shiraz 2019
Hutton Vale Farm was first established in 1843 by John Howard Angas, and now managed by the current custodians, seventh-generation Stuart and Caitlin Angas. Situated next door to the Mt Edelstone Vineyard that was planted by Ronald Angas, this has to be one of the most historic properties/wineries in Australia.
