Clarnette Tempranillo 2022
A top notch example of how promising Aussie Tempranillo is, as our climate gets progressively hotter. With minimal oak influence to cloud it, Clarnette is a breath of fresh air amongst their heavily oaked peers. This wine is loaded with forest berry character, lively and fresh in the glass with earthy darkness to the back end of the palate.

This may be true for some, but in the right hands, as it is here with Clarnette, it can be rich and sumptuous, with remarkable definition. If you're a fan of richer Chardonnay, try this Pyrenees Viognier - we promise it will be to your liking.
Following on from 2019 when we last made the wine, this is in that same mould. Juicy peach and apricot with … more
