Mount Mary Réflexion Syrah 2022

Winery Notes "Introducing the very first straight Syrah bottled here at Mount Mary. We have bottled this wine under our Réflexion label as the vines continue to develop with age. As per all our wines, it is made entirely from estate grown fruit and is very much made in more of a Northern Rhone style. The wine shows an abundance of fruit sweetness and weight but with pleasing savoury, spice complexity from the 30% whole bunches employed during the fermentation. We love this wine as it shows so many of the attributes we envisaged and strived to have present in a wine made from this particular variety. Elegance, restraint and complexity not at the expense of flavour and concentration. 100% Syrah."
