Aged following a biological aging, under a veil of yeast called "flor" in the cool, humid, salty air of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a fishing town on the estuary of the Guadalquivir River. Hijos de Rainera Perez Marin Manzanilla 'La Guita' 375ml

La Guita is the only sherry produced at the bodegas Hijos de Rainera Pérez Marín in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (part of the Grupo Estévez). The name comes from the old Andalucian slang guita meaning cash (its founder was renowned for wanting to be paid in cash).
