Melbourne Sake TM 2022
Australia's very first - and only - Melbourne-made Sake from homegrown rice. 90% Polishing Rate. The Tachiminori rice is grown on an independent family farm near Nimbin who use biodynamic practices and are all-round salt of the earth kind of guys. The Sake itself is textural and vinous, a great entrance to the style if you're looking to venture into the unknown. Expect floral notes and pithy acidity, and a touch of umami moreishness.
