Hand picked fruit from our Home block vineyard; four open pot ferments with an average 70% whole bunch and 22 days on skins; natural ferment and malo; 25% new French oak; no fining or filtration. Blueberries, strawberries & violets with hints of orange peel, earth, spice wood and reduction - give it a decant as a young wine and see it open up.
