The 2020 vintage has brought a much appreciated return to form for many Chablisienne, with generous fruit making way for more classic mineral qualities and linear acidity. Bernard Defaix's Petit Chablis is a great example of this, with a refined edge that embodies what we know and love from Chablis. This bottling is under screwcap and is also certified organic.

"The plot is located above Vaillons, and rarely for Petit Chablis, on kimmeridgian soil, in a very stony spot. Attractive mid lemon colour, a stony-style bouquet to the extent of a certain smokiness.
