Wheeler 3P25 Yarra Valley Rouge 2021

The 3P25 Rouge is a light bistro-style red, made from both premium Yarra Valley pinot noir and merlot. The Rouge is packed with delicious flavours of ripe raspberries and strawberries and has a soft dry finish. It's ridiculously drinkable (most things are in 2021 let's face it) and can be chilled if you're somewhere pleasantly warm or is great room temp if you're somewhere closer to Melbourne. This is a red, of broad appeal and is delicious solo or with lighter dishes that would typically pair well with pinot noir.
