Lantana Gin 500ml

To make gin with the weed Lantana camara, we needed a few other things first.

Introduced into Australian gardens around 1840 for its flowers, Lantana is a typically 'Australian' weed. This amazing smelling Verbena, grows readily in the bush at Redridge.

A small sugar farm & good soil.

A distillery & stills from scratch.

Spontaneous native fermentation.

Rhum/rum agricole.

Some spirit becomes gin.

This is a family project & we are chuffed with where we have arrived with this unconventional gin.
