Head The Redhead Menglers Hill Shiraz 2018

The fruit is sourced from an Old Vine Shiraz vineyard at 500m altitude on top of Mengler's Hill in the Barossa Ranges. The soil profile is a mix of shallow sandy loam, limestone and ironstone over orange/yellow clay and rose quartz - redhead colour. Only bottled when Mother Nature permits the complexity and length of flavour; the things we cannot create ourselves. This is Grand Cru Barossa Shiraz at its finest.
