Champagne Louis Roederer Cristal 2014

Cristal is the flagship cuvée from Louis Roederer. Created in 1876, it is composed of Grands Crus from

the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.

60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. No malolactic fermentaion and approx 30% vinified in barrel. The dosage is 7.5 g/l.

Champagne Roederer Collection 244 NV

Collection 244 is a splendid return to classic Roederer, with a breakdown of 41% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 26% Meunier - more Meunier than the last few years when harvests were down. Classically Roederer-esque, the 244 is powerful and vibrant, with classic lemon citrus and baked bread notes, plus added layers of fennel fronds and pink rose petals from the extra Meunier.
