Made by amazing winemaker Jean Paul, this is a dry and complex Vermouth that is made up with 36 locally gathered and grown botanicals, creating a well-balanced yet citrus driven Vermouth. With major notes of quince, lemon myrtle, orris, lemon peel and the slight bitterness from olive leaves, you get a unique Vermouth that shines a light on how a local take on a classic liqueur can really shine bright.
