"The second wine of Château de l'Aumérade, this elegant rosé comes exclusively from the estate's 300 hectares of vineyards nestled in the Cru Classé sub-region of Pierrefeu, within Provence's famed 'Golden Triangle'. This privileged clay-limestone terroir lends the
wine its hallmark freshness and mineral edge.
A classic Provençal blend of 41% Cinsault, 31% Grenache and 23% Syrah, this rosé is crafted with meticulous care: the grapes are picked from late August through September, harvested day and night to capture their purest expression. After a gentle cold maceration and fermentation in concrete vats at controlled temperatures, the wine rests and comes together before bottling at the Château." - Importers Notes
