Adelaide Hills fruiit from Lambrook Estate. Oh and did we mention, it's a bargain!
This is simply the half-bottle variant of the mighty Shaw and Smith Sauvignon Blanc. Arguably Australia's best. Ludicrously good value bubbles.
Fresh salmon-rose hue, with notes of strawberry and vanilla. Drawing you in with a fine persistent bead and smooth palate, then finishing crisp and dry - leaving lingering flavours of rose petal and cream.

A summery Pinot Gris from the Adelaide Hills - with just a touch of pink that gris juice naturally shows. Hailing from a single vineyard up in the hills, the wine sees a touch of skin contact, before ferment in tank on fine lees. The wine itself is a plate of fruit flavours - blood orange, ripe pears and quince paste. Fresh and spicy, complex and with a lovely crunchy texture that makes it a wonderful wine for any occasion.

Fiano, like many Italian varieties, is gaining traction in Australian vineyards. The guys at Jericho wanted to showcase its promise with relatively unfussy winemaking and gentle handling in the winery. The resultant wine is fruit driven, largely in the stonefruit family with touch of lemony citrus, and touch of texture on the palate making it highly versatile.

Soft red and dark berries (think strawberries, raspberries, and maybe a little cool blueberry) with rosewater and a musky character. Fresh and juicy, while still finishing dry - a beautiful balancing act!
It's also worth noting that Nova Vita had a portion of their vineyards damaged in the recent Adelaide Hills bushfires, so your support is extra appreciated while they recover. … more

"Our Gru Gruner Veltliner was rated the best Gruner Veltliner in the world outside of Austria in the 2013 International Gruner Veltliner Tasting held by Falstaff magazine in Vienna. Now try the equally beautiful 2018 Gru! This savoury beauty has an enticing nose of citrus, nectarine and spice with a wonderfully vibrant palate of stone fruit, grapefruit and an unctuous citrus core that is offset by a long, slatey mineral tail and the all-important gentle rub of texture. Perfectly matched … more

Made in what's best described as a nouveau style, or novello as the Italians would call it, this spends a short amount of times on the skins, with plenty of carbonic influence from some whole-bunch maceration. It's fruited up, vibrant and begging to sit in an ice bucket or in the fridge for an hour before drinking. Very drinkable juice

The Fiano comes from two vineyards in McLaren Vale grown by Ben Lacey. One in the Tatachilla sub region of southern McLaren Vale. Only a few kilometres from the sea and almost at sea level, it is a cool maritime influenced area of the Vale. Sandy loam over a shattered limestone base, scattered with ironstone fragments. This parcel was fermented in stainless steel, using a combination of natural and mixed culture yeasts.
The second vineyard is in the Northern and … more
