From Bergheim, Alsace, this pinot blanc's bouquet expresses heady white floral, melon and citrus aromas. The 2022 vintage has produced a more textured palate however it still continues to deliver refreshing citrus notes and cleansing acidity. Very moreish and pairs perfectly with delicate seafood dishes, particularly shellfish, as its name suggests!
