Bright pale lemon in colour. Pronounced youthful aromas of lime, bay leaf & citrus. Lovely minerality and delicate stone fruits such as white peach and nectarine are evident. The palate has great underlying, balanced acidity and is medium in body. Zesty, yet ripe round notes of white peach, lime, ginger, white cranberry, shale and bayleaf. Delicious.
