Aller Trop Loin Bendigo Malbec 2018

Superb example of this underutilised variety. Often used for it's blending capacity, here it delivers all the deep dark colour & perfumed notes it's known for all on it's own.

The brand itself was an unwitting byproduct of a Kosher wine project made by Mark Sztar, when a winemaker accidentally touched a tank of Kosher Chardonnay, and it was deemed as winemaking 'assistance' and therefore made the wine un-Kosher. It didn't make the wines any less tasty though! Since then Mark has continued the range of Vegan friendly wines.
