Domaine du Salvard Val de Loire Unique Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Stelvin. The Delaille family have been tending vines in Cheverny, Loire Valley, since 1898. This 'Unique' Sauvignon Blanc is cropped from mature Sauvignon Blanc vines rooted in the sandy clay soils of Fougères sur Bièvre, close to the famous Château de Chenonceau and Chambord. Raised on its lees without oak, it's a textural and vibrant white packed with aromas and flavours of zingy citrus and mouth-watering orchard fruit before a bright, snappy-crisp finish. It's all enough to restore your faith in 'value spectrum' Sauvignon Blanc. Those Delaille brothers never let you down!
