Jamsheed Warner Vineyard Roussanne 2018

Warner Vineyard. Planted in 1996, and sits on lean granitic loam soils. Picking early is key, lower alcohols mean the granite bedrock shines through and captures the mineral heart of the area... a delicate generosity.

2/3 Whole bunch pressed and fermented in 800 litre muids (not enough volume to fill a foudre this year) 1/3 whole bunch ferment cab mac for 2 weeks then pressed back to whole bunch pressed barrels. full lees for 6 months. Small amount of SO2 and bottled unfiltered un-fined.
