Hippocampus Vodka 700ml

A limited production from a new Perth based distiller.

From the Distiller: "Using biodynamic farmed wheat from Australia's Wheatbelt, fermenting in small tanks using an organic yeast and then distilling in our custom made copper pot still, we have crafted a clean and textured vodka.

Flavours of vanilla and fruit shine through with a super smooth mouthfeel from destilling a select number of times... enough to ensure we embrace the soft sweet flavour of the wheat but not too much to strip away this wonderful texture.

We have made our Hippocampus Vodka to be enjoyed neat, as a base in cocktails or as an accompaniment to your favourite mixer to create a moment in your Hippocampus."
