Domaine Parent Pommard Croix Blanche 2019

The village Lieu Dit of La Croix Blanche sits just south of the 1er Cru of Les Grands Epenots, a small road dividing the two vineyards. Destemmed, cold maceration for 3 to 5 days pre ferment then pigeage 2 to 3 times a day for approx 2 weeks. Pressed off to barrel (of which 30% are new) then aged for 14 to 16 months.
