Mutual Promise Garganega 2021

In his travels, Evan Milne has worked as a restaurateur, wine rep and importer. It only made sense that he might like to toss his hat in the ring and make some wine, thus Mutual Promise was born. He has sourced Garganega from the Koombahla vineyard in the King Valley and, together with Adrian Rodda and Mark Walpole, produced some excellent wines at unbelievable good value. This variety is better known as the predominant grape used to make Soave, supremely crisp, refreshing white wines from Italy's northeast. Evan's garganega is just as charming, fragrant and refreshing as you could hope for, the nose suggests green apples and pears, elderflower cordial and pithy lemon citrus.
