Izway Bruce Shiraz 2017
A rich and textural beast. This wine is a perfect blend of Barossa & Eden Valley.
The wine is intensely aromatic pure and fresh. The bright red fruits flow into cinnamon, spice, clove and cherry. The palate is initially structural and spicy, with the added Eden Valley component complementing the Barossa Shiraz perfectly. After decanting, the wine evolves into a rich and textural beast, with silky smooth ripeness supported by fine, grainy tannin. A great example of how the neighbouring Valleys can complement each other.
