Dhillon Glenhope "Accidental Red" Merlot Shiraz 2023
Michael Dhillon's eponymous side-project allows him freedom to make mistakes he might otherwise not have at his day job at Bindi. The Accidental Red started as a rosé gone wrong, then it became a red gone very right. Shiraz fermented with Merlot skins, juicy and vibrant, even better a little chilled.

Former sommelier Troy Walsh established Attwoods in 2010. He settled in Victoria with his wife Jane, coming home from years of experience in Michelin restaurants in London and then several vintages in Burgundy with traditional biodynamic house Domaine de L'Arlot and Domaine David Duband. His own Attwoods label brings home this strong Burgundian influence to cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of Victoria.

Lyons Will Estate Negociant Carmenere 2023
Handpicked on the 18th March 2022. The fruit was destemmed, placed in open vats, and cold soaked for 5 days prior to wild fermentation. The fruit saw a total of four weeks on skins. Pressed at dryness to old French barriques for 12 months maturation. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan.

Reed Wines 'My Way' Dolcetto 2022
Bright, tart purple fruits with dried herb that rolls into savouriness. Dusty tannins and a persistent length that is juicy and vibrant. This wine wouldn't be out of place with the modern Italians, but looks undeniably through a Victorian lens. Aged in large format neutral oak with a month on skins. New to the fold, but purity of fruit expression slots this wine seamlessly in to the Reed Wines family.

Lyons Will Estate Gamay 2023
Our seventh vintage from these vines (planted in 2013). Handpicked at the end of April 2023. 50% of the fruit underwent semi-carbonic maceration (100% whole bunch). The remaining fruit was destemmed and placed in open vats, prior to wild fermentation. The fruit saw a total of four weeks on skins. The fruit was then pressed and transferred into old French oak to mature before being blended. This wine is unfiltered and unfined.

Curly Flat Chardonnay 2021
Curly Flat delivers the goods. there is nothing wan about this realease, it has body and it has flavour and it probably has soul. Pristine peache, nectarine and citrus flavours are served hand-in-glove with cedarwood oak. There's more than a little texture here, silken and grippy at once.
