Pierrick Laroche Maison des Hâtes Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume 2019 Magnum
Long chiselled and fine, the 2019 Fourchaume seems tightly coiled compared to the other wines in this release. It ideally needs either some time in the cellar or some time in a decanter before serving, if drinking it young.
