'The 2021 blend consists of 30-40% Merlot and Cabernet Franc, a touch of Malbec, Petit Verdot and Carménère, with the remaining Cabernet Sauvignon. Sorrenberg Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2023
"This wine comprises 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon. Most of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit had 4 hours skin contact prior to pressing. The Semillon component is crushed and pressed immediately after picking. This wine was 100% barrel fermented with predominantly larger barrels used. All went through natural yeast fermentation and malo-lactic fermentation. The extended lees contact helps fill out the middle palate and gives this wine the extra dimension it is known for.

Fighting Gully Road Pinot Noir 2022
Fighting Gully Road is a Beechworth staple that we here at the Cellars are big fans of. Their commitment to their site is undeniable, and it shows in the wines.
