Made from 100% Grand Cru fruit from the village of Bouzy - 80% Pinot & 20% Chardonnay, with approximately 8 grams/litre of dosage.
Only the first pressing is used, the wines are aged for at least four years in the cold cellar, and the yield is maintained at the lowest possible level. Despite the traditional methods, Bara's wines have a very elegant fruitiness, which is unique in Bouzy.

Champagne Pierre Péters Cuvée de Réserve Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV
A precise, crystalline wine, the NV Brut Cuvée de Réserve is the perfect wine with which to explore the Péters Champagnes. Lemon peel white, flowers and slate are super-expressive throughout in a Champagne that impresses with its finely-sculpted personality and energy. The Cuvée de Réserve is quite powerful, but never heavy. Slightly tropical overtones add the final shades of nuance. The Cuvée de Réserve draws on fruit sources outside Mesnil. It remains one of the best values in artisan Champagne.

Champagne Pol Roger Pure Extra Brut NV
The nose displays refined and complex notes of clove flowers and rose aromas developing into hints of bread crumbs, yeast and citrus fruit which as they mingle, form a lively and fresh body. On the palate, the first attack, straight and fine as an arrow is surprising, compared to the mature and concentrated nose. But this firm texture seems to act as a chisel enhancing a sumptuous wine, well-structured and fine.
