What we Collect

We keep on file your contact details, as supplied by you. For our printed mailing list, that means name, address and possibly telephone number. For our email list we keep only your email address. Only if approved by you, will we hold your credit card details on file for use in regular transactions or Wine Storage charges. We also keep a brief record of your interests (not sales records) to help us keep you informed of upcoming wines, events and special requests you may have.

All data at our end is encrypted, password protected and not accessible via the net. We do not outsource any storage or printing with regards to our mailing list.

We will not disclose any of your details to any party, unless approved by you (ie telephone number for freight companies).

Your information will never be given/traded/swapped or implied with any other business or individual.
