We like to deal with our customers directly, so if you would like to place an order or to make an enquiry, you can simply visit the store, telephone us, or send a fax or email. We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express. There is no surcharge on credit card transactions.

Corporate Service

We operate an extremely efficient corporate division supplying small businesses, large corporations and everything in between. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the highest level of service possible. We have a wide range of products at all price points and our knowledgeable staff can assist in determining the appropriate wines and quantities for your next function, or even just Friday evening drinks. Delivery is free in the metropolitan area.
We also offer a wide range of events, both educational and more relaxed, which can be catered to individual needs.

Export

Rathdowne Cellars can freight your wine order to nearly any destination in the world (free of Australian GST and sales tax). This is potentially quite a saving, considering that Australia has the most heavily taxed system of any wine-producing country in the world! Please note however, that Australian law prohibits consignments of more than 100 litres (11 dozen) without special documentation and approval. Also, please be aware that small production 'icon' or 'cult' wines are often subject to strict quantity limitations.

Local

Delivery is free in the Melbourne metropolitan area (minimum order one case or $100- value) and we also deliver anywhere in Australia. Please ring or email us for a quotation.

International

All wines are shipped "door to door" via Schenker Australia Pty Ltd. The prices quoted include repacking the wine into Styrofoam wine shipping containers, but do not include any duties or taxes payable at the destination. Please email us for a quotation.
